I have created many charts entering the data mnually vertically (using only
row 1 and 2)
I would like to be able to copy and paste from Excel -
the label are in column A and the data is in Column B -

how do I get the data in row 3+ appear in the chart?
It is elementary but ....

Assuming you're looking at the chart's datasheet, notice that there are little
grey button-like gadgets to the left of each row and at the top of each column.

By clicking them you can toggle the column or row on and off; that is, have it
included in or excluded from the chart.
