Create new business project fails

Has anyone experienced the failure to create a new business project? The
problem is that when selecting New Business Project, the entry screen for
creating a Task comes up. Trying to save the entry from this screen fails,
due to the inability to link to an account. The Task view does not have a
field for "Link to". So we get an error message saying we cannot save a New
Business Project entry due to not being linked to an account. Help!!!!!!

Your Outlook form cache may have gotten corrupted. Your symptoms are
typical of that problem. Clear the form cache and let Outlook
recreate. That button is pretty well hidden and they appear to have
stopped mentioning it in the Outlook 2007 help, so here's the
instructions:

Menu Tools|Options...|Other tab|Advanced Options...|Custom Forms...|
Manage Forms...|Clear Cache

Then restart Outlook. If the problem persists, try reinstalling BCM or
contact Microsoft support.
 
Thanks, Luther. I tried it, however, it still fails. I will have to contact
Microsoft support.
