Virtual PC does not create MSI packages, if that is what you mean.
Virtual PC enables you to run a separate operating system on a virtual
computer, i.e. in a windows on your real compouter. This is useful for
testing (you always can use a clean test system, and you can easily restore
it if your test damaged the operating system). It can also be useful if you
want to create MSI packages by repackaging a third party seup because it
provides a clean test system where you can make your snapshots.
