Create Mail - Header is greyed out

When I click create email or double click an email to open it, the email is
slow to load. The top of the email the Headers - From, To, CC, Subject are
totally white. It takes awhile and then the info will show. It can't be low
memory. Any suggestions?
 
The calendar did not help.
Do you have a link for Vista and Mail? That one is for XP and Outlook Express.
 
Read the part inside the red box. That is for Vista and Winmail. It says
right there its for Vista and Winmail.

I did figure out the problem but don't know how to fix it. There is a
problem loading the contacts. I deleted them all from Windows Mail and
Windows Contacts and the emails open fine. If I import them back in..back to
the same problem.

Will live with the slowness. Hopefully a future update will fix it.
