create list when I hover over text or image

Hi,
I would like to create a list of choices that appear when you place your
mouse over text or an image and then you can select from the list. I am not
sure what that is called. Is it behaviors or layers. If you have a good
resource would you point me to it.

Well, I just googled for "list menu" and found one very quickly
http://accessat.c-net.us/articles/menu/v_drop-down-menu.html

There are 000's out there, and this one is probably as good as any.

It is not a FP option. You need to cut and paste the code into you page, but
this is very easy to do.
