Create letter for Contact

Greetings all,

In Outlook 2003 I used to be able to select a contact the click on the Tools
menu and send a letter to that contact. The beauty of it was, Outlook placed
the contact information right in the Word document. Where is this functionality
in Outlook 2007?

I had seldom used that feature but I seem to recall that during the Office Beta that the feature has been removed.
