Create installer with .NET Studio

How can I create Application Installer, that copy exe some dll's, register
dll's, ask licence agreement, ask show readme.txt etc. I made new Setup
project, but how configure it?

I found how configure user interface dialogs. But if I add dialog with
radiobuttons - how write action for this radiobuttons?
