Try reading the WDS documentation, it is all there. I'll give you a clue,
create a Capture Image.

I am reading the documentation. Do not understand it.

Example:
"To create a capture image using Windows Deployment Services
Expand the Boot Image folder
Right-click the image to use as a capture image.
Click Create Capture Boot Image................."

Where is that Boot Image folder? How will I create a boot image and place
it there? Lots of other questions. That is why I am asking if there is a
detailed and correct documentation. The once that are available for the
people that used RIS and know what is that about. I do not. I am not new to
the Network but I am new to the Windows Deployment Services.

Hi guys,

I'm tried capture image of Windows XP and avalaible in WDS, but not capture
and create image of Windows XP in WDS only RIS. Already migrated RIS to WDS
but not work.

Am I wanting know if the WDS function with image Windows XP?

I would create a capture disk first as Jeremy recommends.
To get a boot disk you can use Vista WIM. Or WINPE WIM (available in WAIK).

I deployed XP image from WDS, but the image was captured using imagex (a new
MS tool from WAIK).
