create database out of bitmaps ina folder

I have a folder with over 1k picture (bitmaps)... and I'm trying to import
all this into a database. im just learning access but need to create this
table. I don't wanna type in every single picture and insert every single
picture one-by-one. is there a way i can jsut select the foler the access
will import all hte pictures and name of files into the table?
