Create custom report for a single account

I need to create a sheet of lables on a single account. I do this in word
with a contact and a template.

I need to be able to do this from my account
 
There should be a way to do this by filtering the Business Contacts on the
field "account" to only bring up the records from that account, before doing
the mail merge. Unfortunately, there is a flaw in the program with the
accounts field which prevents that field from filtering, exporting etc. I
contacted Microsoft last fall about this, but they have not yet fixed the
problem as not enough people have complained about it.
