Create coupon and Print

Using FP2003 I am trying to create a user fillable coupon and then
have the user print just the coupon and not the whole page.
The user will fill in name, address, email address and have a drop down
selection menu to indicated the source of his/her direction to the
website (Google; Yahoo! etc.)
None of this info will be collected to a database.
That being said, here is my question:

How do I create such a form in FP2003 and how do I add a" Print"
button that, when clicked by the user, will print just the filled out
coupon?

Even though I am a newbie/novice, I don't mind giggles or sarchasm :-)

Thanks in advance,

Perhaps the easiest way would be to create a "fillable" PDF form (requires
Acrobat, or PrimoPDF, or CutePDF). Most users have Acrobat Reader on their
machines these days, so they could fill it out off line and print it on
their own printer.

In case they don't have the reader you'd put a link to Adobe so they can
download the free reader.

Workflow:
Create your form in Word or whatever you want to use.
Output to Acrobat (its a printer driver) then edit it to create a form.
Save.
Open FP
Open your web.
Import the PDF.
Create a link to PDF and one for Adobe.

Thanks Rob,

This looks like the way to go.
I have Acrobat so will follow your workflow suggestion.
