Create Business Contact or Account

I do not seem to able to create a new Business Contact or Account directly
from a recently sent email.

I can only create new Contacts.

Is it possible to create new Business Contacts if so how can this be achieved?
 
This is an Outlook limitation that we are aware of and we're working to address this. To work around this issue:
1.) Right-click on the sender's name
2.) Select "Add to Outlook Contacts"
3.) This will open an Outlook contact form, but does not immediately save the contact into your Outlook contacts
4.) Click the round Office button in the upper-left corner and select "Move"
5.) Select the "Business Contacts" folder under Business Contact Manager and click "OK"
