Create appointments to a calender located on server by default

Selecting a contact in your personal address book (Outlook 2003), when you
then make an appointment (right-click mouse on contact & selecting "New
Appointment with Contact...") how do you then change the default calender
location which is in your personal folder to a second calender which is
located in public folders on the server? (Using windows XP and small business
server 2003)
 
The default Calendar cannot be a public folder. Use File | Move to Folder to save the item instead of clicking Save and Close.
