Create an Outlook template for meeting minutes

Please could you help. I wish to create a simple re-
usable template within Outlook that can be easily brought
onto the screen and is ideal for capturing meeting
minutes.

How do I do this?

You open a new message, Type what boiler plate you want to see in the
body, Click Tools|Forms|Design This Form. When the message complete
its transformation into a design environment, click Tools|Publish As,
give the wizard a name for your form and tell it where to publish it,
then let it rip.

You will find the form listed at the bottom of your Actions menu.

Go to www.slipstick.com and browse around there to find what articles
may be of help to you now and in the future.
