create an object, flash.dl and vb.net

How I can call a DLL and create an object in compactframework, like a
Macromedia flashmovie. In vs2003 or in vs2005. Thanks for any comment.

You may try to use WebBrowser class from SDF [1] and open there HTML
file with <object> [2] which points to .swf file.
