I have created certain templates for which I'd like to create a custom icon.
How is this done in Windows XP? I have seen it in othe Windows environments:
1. In Windows 3.1 there was a program called "Object Packager," which I
never used but saw it contained a facitlity for creating an icon. Perhaps
this feature is embedded in XP?
2. In MS Office, one can create custom icons for toolbars.
For these reasons, I find it hard to believe that a user cannot create his
own icons. Why restrict him to the ones which came with Windows?
