create an appointment with different account

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager version 2.00.4013.00,
from a business contact if you create a new appointment you don't have the
choice to send it through a different account, is it normal?

Not sure what you mean by "send it through a different account", but the
business contact's appt will also show up in the business contact's parent
account's history, and you can drag the appt to another account's history.
