create AD query to find all accounts with "dial-in access"

Hello everyone,

I am looking for a way to create an Active Directory query to find all
accounts in a Domain that have the the 'Dial-In' or Remote Access
Permissions on their AD account set to 'Allow Access'. I found the
ChkUsers.vbs script on the Windows 2000 Resource kit, but I do not know how
to set the search criteria to find this property. Does anyone know how, or
another way to get this information out of AD? Thanks in advance for the
help!
