Just add a DC so anything about DCPromo should
help you -- aka "Active Directory Installation Wizard".
A 'replica' is just another copy, or in other words, another
DC.
Unless you really mean REPLICATION -- the communication
between two (DC) servers to exchance data and synchronize
their replica databases.
