Create a search function on a form that can search by 2 or more cr

I looking for help in either building a macro or using visual basic code to
build a search input box that can search my access records by 2 or more
criteria!
 
Do a search on 'QUERY by FORM'. Essentially you'll create a query and
put as the criteria values such as [Forms]!myFormName!fieldName in each
of the fields to query by. Its not that difficult.
 
Thanks for the reply. Do you mean query by form or filter by form - either
way I'm afraid I'm not exactly sure what you mean - any further reply would
really be appreciated - thanks again!

Both actually, the underlying principle is the same.
