create a page with address like http://something.anysite.com

this is called a "subdomain". generally it's got the folder path like
http://anysite.com/something but the server knows it as
something.anysite.com. I've always published to the folder target with
FrontPage (as a subweb) and then accessed it through the browser as the
subdomain.

to make one you'll either need to contact your host or do it through
whatever "control panel" they've provided to you.
