hello
i m ikram baig, i want to create a new user in the
windows2000 advanced server, Plz. guide me how i can able
to create a new user.

Open Active Directory Users & Computers, find the Users container on the
left side, right click, new, user.

I'd also suggest you pick up some basic Windows 2000 Server books - there
are a lot of good ones out there.
