Hi,

I have a distribution group that contains about 100 email
add. I would like to create another group from this group
that contains 80 of it plus other addresses.
Is there a way to do so? E.g. Using the old one to create
a new group and add others.. so that I do not have to
manually add one by one to the new group again..

Thanks.

You don't say what version of Outlook you are using. This works for Outlook
2000 and there may be improvements in later versions.

You can do that in more than one way. You could select the list, go File | Save
As, save it with a new name and then delete the names you want to loose (holding
down Ctrl while you click on them to select multiple entries) and add new ones.

Or you could do it the other way round. First save to a new name (so you don't
wreck the original by accident and then multiple select the ones you want to
lose, click remove, then add the new ones .
