Hi,

I want to create a Folder at the root level in Outlook.

I tried using Namespace.Folders.Add("Test",olFolderContacts).
But I get an error "Unable to create the folder".

In 2000, I think I have to create a Person Folder file.
In 2003, If I have to create manually, then I have to go to data file
management and do this.

Anyways, my main goal is to have a folder point to a url, so when I click on
that folder, the specified URL should in outlook view panel.

Any idea? Did I miss something.

thx for ur help
John

Top level folders are actually stores. To add a new PST store, call
Namespace.AddStore.
