Create a distribution list using other distribution lists

Is there a way to create a distribution list using the members of other
distribution lists, that allows you to see the member names? I was able to
create a dl, using other dls, but it did not show me the members, only the dl
list name. I need to see the member names because some members are in several
dls and I do not want them to receive the message 3 or 4 times.

Open each DL in a new window and compare them.
