Crazy Stuff

I've got a few things going on with my laptop. Running IE
6.0 and XP. I also just purchased Spyware from McAfee and
run Norton's Virus Software

- Can't reset my home page. Keeps coming up to a:blank
- Each time I open I get window "Spyware" on my
computer...even though McAfee says different.
- I can no longer Enable Norton AntiVirus to run
constantly.

Can someone help??? With any of this?
