Simon Ransom

Using Outlook 2003 i have started receiving the following
error message that is pretty random and is not linked to
any specific recipient.
=============================
Your message did not reach some or all of the intended
recipients.

Subject: Various
Sent: 08/06/03 19:35

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'XXXXXXXX' on 08/06/03 19:35
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of
allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
===============================
Can anyone shed some light?

Many thanks

Simon

check the receipients e-mail address especially what's behind the @-sign
this could be wrong

That's the crazy thing, these are known addressees,
people that i communicate with all the time and in this
instance it was @microsoft.com

Simon

I get this same message. Really, really annoying, as it
is also, as you point out, inconsistent. After
attempting to resend enough times, it may, indeed, go
through. Other times, it blocks addresses I have
successfully sent before.

And because it happens so quickly, I suspect it is
happening w/in outlook and not with the ISP.

Have you found a solution?

Chris
