Crawling text

Hi ...

I wonder if anyone can help me ??
I have followed all the hints and instructions from the discussion groups (very helpful Thanks you all) and have now got the text to scroll a bit like Star Wars.

However, it seems to go too quick and some sets of text are very difficult to read.
Does anyone know a way of slowing it down ?
(I am using ppt 2000)

You don't have much control over speed of animations with PPT 2000, Les. However, smaller textboxes do take longer to reach the top of the slide than larger textboxes do.

Otherwise, you'll need to upgrade to PPT 2002 (aka PPT XP) or 2003 in order to control the speed of animations.
