Crashes when specific user logs off

I have 3 users set up on XP. When one specific user logs off at times the screen goes black and everything is dead, I have to unplug the computer and restart it

Note time of crash and look in the System Event log using Event Viewer.
There is info on Event Viewer in help and support. You may
need to be logged in as admin user to use it. Look for error messages around
the time of the crash. Double click on as error to see more info about it.
There is also a button to copy the info to the clip board (eg so you can
post the error here)
