Crashes when closing

Hello,

I am running Powerpoint 2003 on a windows XP computer. After I have closed
Powerpoint I get a message say that it has a encountered a problem will close
with the option to restart the program.
I have tried doing a repair and a reinstall but neither have worked.
Any other ideas.

Hello,

I checked and there are no add-ins? I did notice that it takes 30 seconds
for the message to appear.

Have you done a complete power off/on boot? If not that would be my next
step.
