crashes and restarts

Hi

My PC crashes and restarts wehen it wants to, during
games whilst on the net or at anytime. Can anyone help or
assist in anyway.

Rt click MyComputer>Properties>Advanced>Startup and Recovery-Settings.
Uncheck Automatically Restart
Next time it crashes it should give you a blue screen with error
messages. Write them down and post here.
