I just use the Contacts section of Outlook 2002. I
recently spent an entire evening transferring a whole heap
of v.important names/tels from bits of paper onto
Outlook. Two days later (once rubbish, ie bits of paper,
had been collected) my laptop crashed and I lost the lot.
I am now a bit wary of storing contacts in this way.
Is there any way to avoid this problem in future? My
technie mate has partitioned my new hard drive such that
all info in my Outlook Express address book gets stored in
a data file in the data partition. Would this work with
Outlook and, if so, how do I go about it, ie how should I
save the info?
Sorry if it's a bit of a noddy question but I'm not the
most IT literate person on the planet!
Thanks
