I am a relatively novice Access user. My windows XP
program crashed and I am in the process of restoring my
data. I installed a new hard drive as a Master and
reinstalled my older hard drive as a Slave. I re-nstalled
Access 97 on the Master drive. What I would like to do if
possible is transfer the form I created originally and I
hope is contained in the slave drive to the newly created
Access 97 on the Master Drive. I hope this is possible to
do or I will have to spend a significant amount of time re-
creating the form. Also I would like to transfer my data
to the new drive.

Thank you

You didn't create a "form" as far as your file system is concerned. You created an
MDB file inside of which you created a form object. The MDB file can be moved between
disks or machines as easily as any other file. Just copy it and open it. For that
matter you can just open it from the slave drive. The MDB doesn't have to be on the
same disk as the Access program.
