CQ phone problem

I was wondering if anyone else using the CQ phone program has experienced
this: you can call out but NOBODY can call in to you. Yes the FAQ says it
will be firewall trouble but I even disconnected the firewall and still no
inward ringing tone or contact made. Still OK dialing out and it works
perfectly if I initiate the call. It cannot be trouble at my contacts end
because I have called several people in the chat to call me back - and none
worked.
I wondered if it would be conflict with another program but none seem to use
the same ports as CQ Phone. The ports for CQ Phone are 24960 TCP, 24961 UDP,
and 24962 TCP.
I run Win98, Antivir AV. free program.
What else could be wrong?

Which firewall are you using? Some firewalls *look* like they are disabled
but still block some ports/proticalls.

I am using the AV called Antivir free edition
And in any case I have altered the settings to allow CQ to do anything
including listening on those ports. So even it it worked when no Firewall
was running - I would not want to keep enabling and disabling the firewall
to use CQ.
