The url works fine for me using IE. Maybe you will have better luck with
tinyurl.

Remove CR/LFs from posted urls before trying to use them. Here it is
without the break, though I can't guarantee that your reader won't
re-break it.

<http://www.freewarefiles.com/programs.php?ProgramID=5646&categoryid=9&subcategoryid=91>

Also, googling for "cpuStones" would have gotten you to the page.

Thanks to Tramp and Q. TinyURL didn't want to load the original link. The above
link worked in Firefox, it didn't autodownload, I clicked and see:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /sbordoni/Stefano/files/cpuStones.zip on this
server.

I guess I don't need it that bad.

Probably the server is blocking outside referrals, to prevent people
from directly linking to binaries.

You could try going to the homepage,
<http://web.tiscali.it/sbordoni/Stefano/cpuStones.htm>, and then
clicking the link at the bottom of the page. If that doesn't work,
right-click and select 'save link as'. And if that doesn't work, I'm
all out of ideas.
