I know this has been asked numerous times before (I DID search before I
asked) and some solutions were offered but they didn't help me out. Since 3
days Task Manager tells me my CPU usage is 100 %. When I look in the process
list, it is always the last program started that will soak up the CPU time,
right now TaskMgr is running at 99% because it's the last one started. If I
leave TaskManager open an run any other application, the new started
application (program X)starts running at 99% and TaskManager runs like it
should, at 6% or so. So, when I start program Y this is the one soaking all
the CPU time leaving TaskManager and program X running as they should.
Any insight here?
