Recently, I got a new 2.8MHz window XP computer. However,
unlike my old computer, each process could only get up to
50% of CPU time. What setting should I change so that
each process could get 100% cpu time?

to my knowledge, programs that DO take up that much cpu are those who aren't
working well

If you don't understand about CPU usage just forget about it. XP
is much smarter.
