Hi all - I just built a system with a case that displays the temperature but
the degrees is in Celsius. Is there a way to get it to display in
Fahrenheit? There aren't any buttons that allow the change or no other
options in the BIOS.

Thanks in advance.

You could download Core Temp from:
http://www.thecoolest.zerobrains.com/CoreTemp/

Under "Options" you can select a setting to display the
temperature in Fahrenheit.

Hey Bob,

Thanks for the link. Do you know if this support Celeron processors?

Ok Bob, I'll try it. But from reading about it, I don't think it'll change
the actual display on the case.

I'd contact whoever made the case or thermostat.

There is no guide. The case came with no documentation what so ever.

Does the case have a brand name and model number ?
Can we look at a picture ?

Check the display, and see if you can see both a letter "F"
and letter "C" on the display. If only one letter is shown,
that tells you there are no alternate display operating modes.

If both letters appear on the display, check the LCD module
itself, and see if there are any jumpers on the circuit board.

I have a Lian Li temperature display, and on the back of
the module, it says "degrees C", meaning it only has one
mode. It could be, that they ship "F" or "C" versions,
according to country preference.

Here's a link to the case. To see the temperature display up close, click
on the picture of the case.

If I zoom in on the temp display, the letter "C" is pretty big. Do you
see segments on the display, that could make the letter "F" ? My guess
is, the computer case in question is exclusive to TigerDirect (all the
search engine hits head that way, or to one of several websites which
are TigerDirect in disguise). I doubt I'm going to find documents
hiding somewhere for it. Looking at the label on the power supply, might
give some hint as to who really makes it.
