Utilities such as taskmgr are ok for viewing a snapshot of what is impacting
the system on a per-process basis, but what of an overall impact.
For example, if my IM application trillian is periodically sucking down the
cpu more often than it should, is there a cumulative statistic somewhere
that could help me figure this out?
