CPU (prescott 478) overheating

Hey guys Im having a problems with my CPU temps
They are at 50 to 60 c. I have a Zalman on it but is not working
Does anybody have idea what could i do to lower the Temps on this pc

Systems information is this

MB - Asus p4p800-e Del
Ram - OCZ 2-(512
Fan - Zalma
Hd 4- Raptor 74.5 , 320GB WD sata, 200GB WD sata, Hitachi 500G
Thermaltake Case Silver (7 fan
PS - 450Watt with 12v AT 2
VC - ATI X800X

If your computer is not locking up, or rebooting then your Zalman is
working. Are those idle temps, or is that under full load. If your
system is stable, and doe's not show any problems running programs, or
instability I would not worry about it.

Also the diodes that detect temperatures are know to be a little off
anyway. If it really concerns you then buy a better heatsink, or add a
few fans to the mix. Also you might want to post to one of the
overclockers newsgroups as they should be more useful then this group.
After all some consider your temps normal, or on the cool side!
