Someone on here did tell me what I had to set in my bios of the Asus P5K-V
to keep the multipler set to 9.5 but I didn't write the info down. Could
anyone help me?

You are correct; although I would have shortened your google result
hyperlink even without the use of tinyurl.com to:

I misspoke. I meant it was the only posting from Debbie with a few keywords
in it - like 9.5 and multiplier and Asus P5K-V and Debbie... One would
assume that if Debbie says she was told about that here - those words would
be a part of it.

Thanks!

Well I don't remember the correct subject, I believe it started out talking
about overclocking. But I did manage to find out what I needed to do in the
BIOS. I did a search and tried something that someone else had a similar
problem with and it worked

Would you mind posting what you did here? Both for yourself and anyone else
who might search on such a subject in the future?

Intel EIST Enable/Disable perhaps

I disabled the Cie support and the intel speedstep. Not sure the speedstep
has to be disabled for sure

It sounds like things were working as designed.

It sounds like you have successfully disabled the C1E and SpeedStep
options, which could be just fine, but they have a purpose.

Was the disabling an attempt to resolve a particular problem or did
you just notice the multiplier changing and didn't like it changing?

I wanted the multiplier to stay at 9.5 that's why I disabled them
