CPU FAN sometimes don't run

I bought Mainboard Gigabyte P35 and Core Duo 2GHz BOX and when I power on
system then sometimes
CPU FAN don't run. If I do reset then FAN run.

Check the bios for a fan throttling setting. Check with
Gigabyte for a bios update. Try a different fan (in this
order).

Does the manual mention a particular socket that the RAM is supposed
to go into ? If the board uses QST for fan control, there may be
a notice in the manual like this one:

(Note) Before setting this item to Intel(R) QST, make sure at least
DDRII1 or DDRII2 socket in Channel 0 is populated. A small portion
of system memory will be shared when Intel QST is enabled.

Try disabling all fan control, and see if the symptoms change.
