Cpu cooling.

My new beaklake chipset intel motherboard shows

cpu at 61 degree
mother board at 54 degree
and ICH and MCH (what is this ?) at 91 degree and 85 degree , is this
danger ? or normal ?

there are three fan out there 1) cpu 2) exit smps 3) exit fan.

Do i need more ?

More fans is not necessarily better. In most modern cases airflow should
be from bottom-front to top-rear. All your temps seem high to me so adding
an intake fan to the bottom front might be a good idea. ICH and MCH are your
MB's chipsets (northbridge and southbridge). The first thing I would look at
is whether your HS is making good contact with the processor and that
thermal compound is properly applied. You should see an even contact patch
where the CPU mates with the thermal compound and heatsink. If the entire
CPU heat spreader is not making full contact, you need to reinstall it
correctly so that it does. I don't know what processor you are using, but
61C at idle is HOT. Under stress it may start throttling down to protect the
CPU. Another thing to always mention when you are troubleshooting temps is
your room's ambient temperature. Other heat-generating components like
large/hot video cards and/or a lot of HDDs is always good to know. If you
can supply more information about your specific MB, processor, case type,
video card and other peripherals it might be easier to help get those
temperatures down to an acceptable level.

Using your computer in direct sunlight?
AMBIENT (room) temperature is most important element, and is always missing from heat
posts.

High ... fairly high.
I'd look at case and power-supply cooling and fans.
I had a power-supply once that blew hot air *into* the case, instead of
exhausting it out. Caused no end of problems until the PSU was
replaced.

There's always one in the PSU too.
It should blow OUT.

As others have noted, your system should not need any more fans and
has one more than is necessary. What is the ambient temperature
inside the chassis? That is the temperature that determines 'more
fans'. Then another barrier exists - interface between chip and
ambient air. If chips are too warm, then that is the barrier you
should be studying.

Those temperatures are just fine for semiconductors. But what
happens when room temperature increases from 70 degree F to 100 degree
F. CPU and motherboard temperatures must still be within specs even
with that room temperature increase. IOW you must learn what the
maximum operating temperature is for that CPU. Some are just fine up
to 70 degrees C. Others are perfectly fine up to 90 degree C.
Therefore a 20 degree C increase in room temperature increases CPU
temperature to 80 degrees - perfectly fine for some CPUs and bad for
others.

If in the bad category, then learn what the degree C per watt number
is that the existing heatsink fan combo. Now you know what is not
sufficient. A new CPU heatsink assembly must have a degree C per watt
number. A parameter that so some inferior heatsinks selling at
inflated prices and hype will not provide.
