i need to put some system fans in my tower, i have none.
should the front tower fan suck in or blow out, and the
rear fan suck in or blow out. and should the cpu fan blow
on to the3 cpu or remove the air. my amd xp2100 runs at
52c right now with 1 fan blowing onto the cpu.

The air flow in your case should be from the lower front to the mid to upper
rear of the case. IOW.......suck it in the front and blow it out the back.

That side fan may or may not conflict with the air flow created by adding
additional fans. You may have to do a little experimenting to determine the
best setup. Just remember that additional fans will increase the noise level
and the amount of dust intake so care should be taken to buy quality fans that
may be quieter than cheaper ones. You may also want to consider some type of
filter on the side and front intake fans although I prefer better airflow and
periodic cleaning.

Definitely in the front, out the back. Most CPU fans draw air off the heat
sink.

52 isn't too bad - if that's the high temp. AMD CPU's provide two temps,
one is on-die (in the center) and one is on the chip. On-die will generally
be hotter, but most software reports on-chip - why I'm not sure.
