Coworker sent meeting request incorrectly

Hello,
My co-worker sent a meeting request and included all 7 days instead of all
working days. How can she go back and change that meeting request? Does she
cancel and resend with the correct times? Thanks!
 
If she opens the item and changes it Outlook should send an update to the
attendees.
