I am using Office XP.
I wish to create a database of e-mail addresses in Excel.
I began by copying the list of names from a company web site directory list.
I used the "text to columns" tool to separate first and last names into
separate columns.
I then used the concatenate function to create a column of e-mail addresses.
I would now like to make those addresses into active e-mail hyperlinks.
Can anyone suggest a method I might use to covert the text of the e-mail
addresses into hyperlinks?
(I hope the info above is clear).
Thanks,
Richard
