Covert cell content into rows

I would like to convert a cell content to rows

i have the following data on colum A B and C

UK-orange 74,75,76 0.0650

and i would like the output to be
UK-orange 74 0.0650
UK-orange 75 0.0650
UK-orange 76 0.0650

can someone help me please?
