You will have a better chance of finding a sample of what you want in the
templates section of your word processor, or in a newsgroup devoted to
business correspondence, or by searching with your favorite search engine
for those terms. This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access database
software, specifically the Reporting features. I suppose it would be
possible to create a cover letter and resume using Access' Reports, but it
certainly is not common.
It would, perhaps, be more likely that a consulting or contracting firm
would use Access to generate a standard-format resume for each of multiple
people proposed to be used on a contract proposal. But, I am not aware of a
sample database for that purpose.
