Couple of small problems

I am running xp prog and MSN messanger and AIM chat both install desktop

short cuts that I cannot delete? Even if I am in the Administrator

account?

Also when I am logged in as Admin I cannot access on the the regular

user's My documents folder? I can access the other users though?
