Is it possible to perfrom a count of values hidden (I chose to hide duplicate
values) in a report? If so, what would the formula look like?
Thanks!

My experience is that duplicates are always counted. Normally users come here
to ask how NOT to count duplicate values.

Not counting duplicates will also resolve my problem. The query pulls all the
info and the report omits the duplicate values (work order #) in a record but
still shows the rest of the details of the record (site name, dates, etc.) in
the report. Can I omit counting the "blank/hidden" duplicate work order
numbers although a record still exists for this work order? Let me know if
you need additonal info to respond. I've been using Access for a few years
but am not good with formulas or SQL so please explain as simply as possible.
Thanks!

Please ask again with greater clarification. Do you want to count all the
records or just the unique values of a field? Do you wan this in a group
footer or report footer?
